1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PeopleBuild ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PeopleBuild is a platform that helps people between roles reconnect with trusted colleagues, share ideas, form teams, and collaborate on new projects. We provide tools for profile creation, idea posting, team formation, and connection requests.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use PeopleBuild
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on PeopleBuild (ideas, profiles, messages). By posting content, you grant PeopleBuild a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Scrape or collect data from the Platform without permission
• Use the Platform to recruit for positions without genuine collaboration intent

6. Intellectual Property

Ideas shared on PeopleBuild remain the intellectual property of their creators. The Platform itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of PeopleBuild.

7. Limitation of Liability

PeopleBuild is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to the outcome of any collaborations formed through the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
